Enzymes; A Component of Food

Enzymes... EVERYTHING on Earth wherever life exists not for humans, microbes or any tiny organism lives, have enzyme in them. Enzymes are the most succesful living organisms on the Earth. They are living to the edge of the World. They are the only living organisms whi are doing there work to the most.

What do you think that food you eat digests by you? Digests easily without anything? Does your exercise is enough to digest the food? If you ask me, then no... your excercise is not enough to digest the food. You need a hand to do so. As many of us heard that our body produces acid that aids in digestion. Our excercise practices aids to digest food. But there may i ask something? What will convert the food in compound which can be absorbed by the body? Our body can only get energy from Glucose.
The enzymes are the only component of food which will convert food into our required component 'Glucose'. We gwt two ideas from this. One that glucose only can provide energy and second that enzymes will convert food into glucose.
Enzymes does not only have role in digestion but during ripening of food enzymes play a vital role. Enzyme breaks the complex compounds of food into simpler compounds. Which gives sweet taste to food. Also the aroma to food.
