Eggplant sauté with miso Sauce
Material:
- Eggplant: 2 small
- Sesame oil, peanut oil or grapeseed grape seed oil (use this one)
- To make a sauce: 1.5 tablespoons of mugi or shiro miso, 2 tablespoons of mirin rice wine (or glutinous rice wine or malt), add shoyu or tamari sauce depending on taste, add some water stirring.
- Optional vegetables: onions, coriander, perilla, ginger, sesame
Making: - Two sides eggplant pan fried soft, cover region
- When the pan is hot, add the sauce to the mixture.
