Wheat flour - one cup
Curd -1.1 / 2 teaspoon
Salt: according to the taste
For stuffing
Gram flour (roasted) - half cup
Ginger Paste - half a spoon
Green Chili Paste - half a spoon
Coriander (chopped) - 1/4 cup
Salt - according to taste
Method
Put the dough in a deep vessel. Mix salt well in it. Now add curd and keep the skin soft with water and keep it aside. Make five of it. Now mix the stuffing material well and divide it into five equal parts. Now using flour dough, roll the flour in the shape of the bread. Spread the stuff of stuffing on it equal. Now roll it from one side to the roll. Turn this roll again like a chuckle so that both open edges are sealed. Now, take this stuffed loin with a light-sized loincloth. Bake it on nonstick and cook on the flame like roti. Now put onion ghee and apply it. If health is concerned then it will look cheesy even without ghee.
