Sweet glaze for your barbecued ribs!🐽
Not the healthiest recipe today, and here in Belgium bbq season is coming to an end. But anyway here we go.
So for our glaze we start with some honey. I use the whole jar. But i always make a lot.😊
Sweet chili sauce. The whole bottle as well.
500 grams of demi glace which is a rich brown sauce. I use the juice of the ribs that i made.
Then add 40 grams of minced garlic.
30 grams of chicken bouillon concentrate.
200 ml of Ketjap Manis.
200 ml of normal ketchup.
Then use something to bind your sauce, i use roux.
Let it cook for a few minutes.
And the pour it through a colander.
And then you have your great sweet rib glaze.
If you follow this recipe, you will have quite a lot of glaze. So just reduce the amounts. It’s not that important that it’s all correct.
This is actually the recipe of the formal chef in my restaurant.
First grill your ribs and then put some glaze on them with a brush.👌
