Ingredients
4 ptg chicken, wash clean
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar, comb
Water / coconut water
Spices are smoothed:
7 cloves of red onion
5 cloves of garlic
2 pieces of candlenuts
1 segment of turmeric
Salt
Step
Coat the chicken with seasoned spices, let stand about 30-40 minutes

Add water / coconut water, soy sauce and sugar, chicken ungkep

Cook until the chicken is tender and the sauce thickens

Bake the chicken on charcoal or teflon smp slightly dry while smearing the remaining spices. Serve warm :)
