Strawberry Cake "Downside"
Products:
500 g strawberries, cut into thin slices
¼ cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of corn starch
1 and ¾ cups of flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
pinch of salt
¾ cup of white sugar
2 big eggs
½ cup of sour cream
1 cup of fresh milk
½ cup of melted butter
1 tablespoon of vanilla, liquid
Preparation:
Lubricate a round shape for baking candy with a removable ring. Place parchment paper for baking. Close the ring. Leave aside.
In a large bowl, mix the chopped strawberries with the brown sugar and the starch until they are completely clinging to the strawberries. Divide the mixture on the bottom of the mold.
In another bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and salt together. Add sugar, eggs, sour cream, butter, milk, vanilla to them. Beat with a mixer. Pour the strawberry mixture with the dough. Where the mixture does not completely drain the strawberries, spread the spatula further.
Bake in a preheated 200 ° oven until golden or about 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Cool to room temperature for about 15 minutes. Remove the ring from the cake. Carefully turn it on a large flat plate so strawberries come from the top of the pastry as a decoration.
