I do.
Ok I run the video out on YT at the highest quality frame rate, then pause when needed and hit 'cmd' , 'shift' and '4' - that will give you a screen grab cursor which you use to make the grab area :-)
ok. I know how to do that, but for some reason it just doesn't look as good.
