Paneer - 250 grams

Green chili - 2

Dry coconut - ⅓ cup (grated)

Green Coriander - 2-3 tablespoons

Sesame - 2 teaspoons

Cumin seeds - 1.5 teaspoons

Fennel - 1 teaspoon

Sabut garam masala - 1 inch cinnamon, 1 large cardamom, 2 small cardamom, 4 cloves, 8-10 black pepper.

Whole red chili - 2

Salt - 1 teaspoon or as per taste

Red chili powder - ½ teaspoon

Turmeric powder - ¼ teaspoon

Asafoetida - 1 pinch

Coriander Powder - 1 Tablespoon

Method:

Grind tomatoes, green chilies, ginger and cashews in a mixer and make paste.

Kolhapuri masala: Heat the pan to make Kolhapuri masala, peel, sesame, 1 teaspoon cumin, fennel, cinnamon, long, black pepper, small cardamom and large cardamom, and fry the spices continuously and fry them lightly, now Put coconut, lightly fry the spices and fry it. Remove the roasted spices in the plate and let it cool down, then grind it in a mixer and grind it.

Make gravy for vegetable:

Heat the pan, add oil, heat it after adding cumin seeds, fry it, add asafetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder and fry them lightly. Now add whole red chilli, tomato, green chillies, ginger and cashew paste and stir fry the spices until they are separated from the spices. Keep the gas slower and medium while roasting the spices.

As soon as the spices are roasted, cut the cottage cheese and prepare it. Cut the paneer into 1-1 inch square pieces.

Once the masala is fry a little, add red chili powder in it and add the prepared Kolhapuri masala, and mix it, roast it. After the oil began to separate from the spices and good smell came, then add half cup of water and let it cook a bit.

When the gravy comes to boil, add salt and a little chopped coriander and mix it, put the pieces of paneer and let it cook for 2-3 minutes, covered with a low flame.

Paneer Kolhapuri is prepared as a very good vegetable, take it out in a bowl, and serve paratha, chapati, naan, or rice with anyone and eat.
