Chocolate Silvanas

Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a popular dish. Silvanas is a type of Filipino cookie that is frozen and filled with buttercream, cookie crumbs, and nuts. In this variation, chocolate replaced most of the ingredients. Chocolate Cookie Crumbs is used in the outer layer, chocolate buttercream in the inside layer, and a chocolate wafer in the middle.
