Burgers and healthy food – hardly these words can be put together in one row, but nevertheless Gordon Ramsay managed to make it. Today it will submit us the recipe of healthy house hamburgers with beet mashed potatoes. They will give necessary energy and nutrients. This product not necessarily has to be fat, you can check that will be its part.

WAY OF PREPARATION

Quantity of portions: 4

01 Place ground beef in a big bowl and season with salt and pepper, Add a smoked paprika, a pinch of the Cayenne pepper, the sauce Tabasco, Vustershirsky sauce and ketchup. Well mix, you stick together from the turned-out forcemeat of a cutlet and clean in the refrigerator that they were condensed for further preparation.

02 For preparation of a beet garnish we need the blender. Crush in it beet, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, olive oil, capers and the cut fresh parsley. Clean aside.585-3.jpg

03 Get cutlets from the refrigerator and put them in a heated frying pan with a small amount of olive oil. Fry cutlets on weak fire about 5 minutes from each party or so far they didn't reach your ideal level of pro-frying.585-4.jpg

04 Roast rolls. Then cut tomatoes, lettuce leaves and toasts on rolls for burgers. On each roll generously smear beet mashed potatoes, from above put a lettuce leaf, tomatoes, a cutlet. And all this! Quickly, tasty, cheap! Generally, the excellent recipe of useful hamburgers from Gordon Ramsay.

Last summer we started having garden burgers and I've been making them since.
I put whatever veggies I have from the garden, or in winter, the fridge, and let them sit in salt for a while to soften. I like to use things like chopped peppers, zucchini, onions, mushrooms, whatever I have and feel like using.
I usually use 1/2 veggies, 1/2 hamburg.
Boy is this a delicious burger!
