Solyanka with sausage.

Ingredients:
potatoes – 300 g;
green onions – 2-3 pen (for broth);
onion – 1 PC.;
water – 2 liters;
carrots – 150 g;
pickled cucumbers – 2 PCs.;
lemon – 3 slices;
hunting (Bavarian) sausages – 3 PC.;
smoked salmon or bacon – 150 g;
salt – 0.5 St. spoons;
tomato paste – 1 tbsp;
pepper – to taste;
sunflower oil – 15 ml.

Prepare:
Prepare first the vegetables (as soup):
peel the potatoes and cut into medium cubes
carrots coarsely grate, onion cut into.
While you prepare the vegetables, bring the water to a boil.
Now grate the cucumbers on a coarse grater, slice of lemon. In addition,to slice meats and sausage.

The boiling water sends the potatoes and green onions. To prepare a simple vegetable broth over medium heat.
You have 10 minutes to prepare the filling for soups, the longer this process should not delay, as the potatoes will fall apart. So fry in oil in a frying pan onions and carrots for 1 minute, then immediately add the marinated cucumbers and lemon, saute another minute and add tomato paste.

Ready! Turned out delicious, rich soup with a surprisingly delicate flavor and aroma! Served this dish hot, served with some bread.
