Lunchbreak Yoga & Making Chili Con Carne

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...
Friday was a pretty good day even though I ate a bit too much and failed to avoid Gluten which my skin seems quite sensibe for. I started out with a 60 Minute hoy yoga class starting another streak of joining a class every day that I can. Afterward I cleaned my appartment a bit and drove to my parents place passing by the supermarket to pick up food as I was making family dinner. I turned out to take quite some time to make Chili Con Carne as I made both a version with and without meat. So I didn't really have time to also go on a dog walk which just gave me 7727 steps on the day.

I also spend some time with my nieces and my sister after dinner and some with my mom watching tv before heading back to my appartment. So overall it was an enjoyable Friday.
