yeah permits are required lol. I do something similar at the local farmers market, and you have to have the same food permits as a mobile kitchen.
Ummm. I'm an anarchist. If I get a permit I'm defeating my goal be legitimizing the government. If more people go counter-economic the system will not be able to enforce the arbitrary rules. I mean, iOno where you are, but if 10,000 people suddenly started saying screw the permits then the enforcers would be overwhelmed.
not getting a permit isn't helping your goal either..as i'm not sure how being caged or paying them more $ by paying multiple fines anyways could help to achieve that?😄
