I think it turned out pretty good. I had quite a bit of energy for about three hours. Then, it kind of wore off. :)
I do like the way I feel, and it's got to be better than cold cereal all the time.
The blender we have is pretty easy to clean, too, so about a minute blending dish soap and water pretty much takes care of it, and I don't have to worry about stabbing myself on one of the blades. :)
