The taste is beautiful... slightly sweet hazelnutty flavour comes through to compliment the cilantro, and I'd say the aduki beans although a subtle flavour similar to chickpeas they retain more moistness than chickpeas and so gives a slightly different texture too. If you're able to get whole hazelnuts and roast them before grinding them up, I'd say that gets the best of the flavour! I do hope you enjoy them if you try @alinalisa :-)
