Quarantine cooking diaries- Fully loaded cheese omelette

What do you do to overcome the coronavirus lockdown anxiety? Well, I try to do my chores and trying to cook something same but with a different style. It's been raining since morning and I am loving the weather. At first, I thought xawi let's make some french fries but I realized I am hungry I should make breakfast for myself. Last night while watching some soaps I stumbled upon on one cooking video. It was about cheese omelette but with a different style.

I decided to try and yea it was a successful experiment. I've been making cheese omelette for a long time so It was not that hard. Only the vegetable part was a bit different.

Didn't think I will be posting this omelette on my blog but it was so yummy I couldn't resist myself to post. Otherwise, I would have taken a few more pictures. And To be honest I didn't have an idea my first attempt will be this good.

I was missing Hardee's fully loaded cheese biscuit but this omelette was enough to satisfy my craving. The recipe is almost the same as cheese omelette but in this, you need stir-fried vegetables to fill it up. I used my favourite such as spring onion. capsicum, carrot, cane corns, mushrooms and jalapeno. I stir-fried them in butter and garlic paste and while frying I sprinkled salt as per taste and black pepper.

I used mustard paste and chilli garlic sauce and mayo. And the last step is cheese. Put the cheese as much as you like and then leave omelette on a low flame for a while. Yummy breakfast is ready to complete your day :P XD

I don't do such kind of heavy breakfast on a daily basis. Today it was weather's demand. This omelette alone contains 700+ calories and if you are having chai or coffee along with this then I would say avoid eating lunch :P

Keep in mind in this current situation we all are going through you can't gym or walk so control your diet guys XD
