Stew pork with preserved vegetables
Wash the Meigan Cai (Preserved vegetables/molded dried vegetable), place the meat into water before boiling and boiled for 5 minutes

Cut the meat, place the slices into the container with the skin downwards, place the cooked semi-rotted vegetables on top, and then steamed for an hour
