Granola Bars
These granola bars are pretty sweet and they are a good start for eating healthier! :D
and yes, here is the full recipe:
°Coconut granola bars with nuts and dehydrate fruit°
3 cups of oats
1 cup of sunflower seeds
1/2 cup of coconut flour
1/2 cup of honey
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of coconut oil
1/2 cup of nuts and dehydrate fruit
OPTIONAL: topping with coconut chips and agave syrup
°Peanut granola bars°
3 cups of oats
1/2 cup of honey
1/2 cup oh brown sugar
1/2 cup of peanuts
2 tbsp of peanut butter
1/2 cup of flax and sesame seeds
°Apple granola bars°
3 cups of oats
1/2 cup of honey
1/2 cup oh brown sugar
2 tbsp of sunflower butter
1 tbsp of cinnamon
1 cup of dehydrate apples

I would enjoy it with bit larger and less skinny font myself.. the final section where you swithc the video off is cool :D And also love the music!

How many calories per serving? Carbs?
since I've made this video 3 months ago, I can't say it precisely, but it's around 250 calories... I never count calories.. I just eat healthy and food with good quality :)
