Today I’ve been thinking a lot about will and willpower in achieving what you want to do.
I want to really make my body and physique robust.
I want to see what I can do-
Through yoga.
Through lifting.
Through stretches.
Through cardio.
Through good habits.
Through the right foods.
How robust can I make myself?
How far can I take my body and make myself “hard to kill” so to speak.
