Aloo Paratha is a bread dish originating from the Indian subcontinent; the recipe is one of the most popular breakfast dishes throughout western, central and northern regions of India as well as in Pakistan. Aloo parathas consist of unleavened dough stuffed with a mixture of mashed potato and spices, which is rolled out and cooked on a hot tawa with butter or ghee. It is my personal favourite.

Panipuri is a most common street snack in several regions of the Indian subcontinent. It consists of a round, hollow puri, fried crisp and filled with a mixture of flavored water, tamarind chutney, chili, chaat masala, potato, onion or chickpeas.
It uses a mixture of boiled gram and mashed potatoes as the filling and is tangy rather than sweetish while the water is sour and spicy.

At every occasion briyani is compulsory wheather veg or non-veg.
