The Katsu Ping Pong*3

No doubt the full Japanese variant often skips out on the extras, particularly the Kimchi, but i'm glad that there is a willingness to infuse different styles together.

Amazingly, this dish was served at Ping Pong, which is supposed to be neither Korean or Japanese. It is a Chinese Dim Sum specialist with branches across many parts of London.
