Baking Cake!
It's been a while since I have been on this platform, So I thought why not let's share the cake I made yesterday on occasion of Mother's day!
I just made it with use of only 3 ingredients. seriously!
- Oreo biscuits.
- Eno.
- milk
That's it.
It is extremely simple you guys can make so great out of it seriously.
Just crush oreo biscuits in a mixer and pour milk into it and just mix it up using the mixer grinder. Then just pour the mildly thick mixture into a bowl and add eno and stir it continuously. When it starts showing bubbles just put it into another microwave friendly bowl but don'gt forget to apply butter all around the bowl so that the batter may come out smoothly.
Put the batter into convection mode for half an hour and then take out the cake easily. you can apply nutella or chocolate syrup for dressing as I did rest there are plenty of dressings option.
