Ich liebe Blumenkohl, es schmeck in allen variationen. Und man kann es in so vielen Variationen zu so vielen Speißen nutzen. Ob als Gratin, mit Soß Hollandaise oder irgend einer anderen, als ersatz für Kartoffelpüree...
