Cold Soba - The noodle for summer

Cold soba.

On Saturday I had overtime of around three hours and when Im done I felt like trearing myself to something nice. This is my first time eating cold soba as most if the time I prefer something warm like ramen or udon.

The Japanese eatery near my office just had a reopening and changed their thene to a bistro. My first imoression was that ut would be a good taste for the summer but to be very honest I wouldnt take this as a dish I would choose again, I think Im sticking to ramen and udon.
