Cheap breakfast brings smile to a night worker

Because its payday and we feel like eating something other than pantry food we end up dining at a Japanese restaurant that offers affordable breakfast meal.

The place is fascinating as there are lots of Japanese students who are in the country studying English.Eating with them and using chopsticks would make you feel that you are in some place where cherry blooms each spring.

You are given a lukewarm white towel to cleanse your face and hands and meal is served promptyly with choice of either coffee or green tea.

I was intrigued by the containers for the condiments .The colored white porcelain have mint flavored toothpicks, the mini white pitcher has Japanese soysouce while the wooden container has chili powder.

I was surprised that the young generation of Japanese are into processed foods like ham ,sausage ,corned beef and likes for their first meal.I had always thought they would be eating something healthier like yogurt,banana etc.

As always the staff are kind and polite.The place is clean and acessible so do try it if you have time.By patronizing these establishments be they be co owned by foreigners we arealso making sure that another Filipino earns a descent living.

For this dining experience I just paid 78php just equal to 1.25USA dollars mpte or less not bad considering my colleagues and I were able to laugh at each other joke,charge our phones and have a delectable meal .
