My Entry for @juliank Food Photography Monday Contest
Good day @juliank. This is the first time I will be taking part in this food contest. This is my entry for the contest. I never knew I will be using this snap shot for a contest like this. I took it Sunday evening when I was about to take my dinner. I just like the sight of the delicacy so I decided to take a snap shot of it.
This is actually Boiled Rice with Boiled Egg. The stew on it in my language is called Efo Elegusi (Vegetable i.e. Efo mixed with Grounded cooked watermelon seed i.e. egusi) from the western part of Nigeria, Africa. Meanwhile, in the other plate is fried plantain also called Dodo. You can see my spoon beside it because I was ready to destroy the food. Lol.

Thanks bro for your comment. Actually the food meant for me alone. The reason why I did not invite anyone to join me, but you can still experience the smell of the food through the picture. Lol.
