@lizelle I love lemon curd too.Especially smothered on lovely toast.I have not mention in the post, but in a steralised jar this should keep up to a week in the fridge. It is so versatile.I literally got all my fav sweet items and made the dessert.They do really go well even i was surprised🤣.
