Salad of the five senses 🥗
Yesterday was nice, warm weather, so I decided for this delicious salad!
I took green leafy lettuce, chives, parsley and lemon balm from the garden and from the fridge I took cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, garlic, radishes and strawberries, I like sweet fruit in the salad.
A delicious dressing of white wine vinegar, balsamic cream, olive oil, salt and pepper have made this salad perfect for me.
I'm looking forward to harvesting my own fruit and vegetables again, but it will probably take a while.
