Have you heard about this dish of Ilocano people of the Philippines? I bet some people do. Dinengdeng or Inabraw is what usually Ilocano people call it.
Here are the ingridients and how to cook it.

YOU NEED
minced garlic
chopped red onion
JUST CHOOSE FROM THE LIST OF VEGGIES YOU WANT TO ADD TO IT.

bagoong (fish paste)

HOW TO COOK IT

First, boil 2 cups of water in a pot
Once boiled, add the minced garlic and the chopped red onion.
Let it boil for a minute.
Then pour a bagoong or fish paste
Let it boil for a minute again before putting all the veggies.
Be sure that veggies are half cooked before putting the grilled or fried fish. Let it boil for 2 minutes then season it. After 2 minutes again on the stove, it is now ready to serve. :D
