That's so interesting...we have a traditional meal made out of corn meal (I wouldn't have to known how to say that in English)... but it is usually boiled in water... and my kids don't like it!
I remember something here called polenta. I think it is boiled like corn grits but you can cut it and then fry it or eat it in a more loose form, similar to oatmeal. I would like it either way :D. So good to see you @ladyrebecca!! Hope you have a great night!
Yes, it is a form o polenta - very good with lots of cream and cheese!
