Football Watching Saturday

Saturday was a pretty regular day where my focus was on the football matches and where I once again managed to keep my eating fairly healthy. I continue to be in a good streak and I also don't really feel the temptation to end it as I'm feeling quite good overall to the point where I even might step it up a bit. Next week, I plan to get back to hot yoga classes for a month and join a ton of them. I have also been ranging somewhere between 66.8 & 67.8 kg for the last 10 days without really eating less and I want to make the jump now to reach below 66kg next week slowly but steadily.
