There are different "official" opinions. Bayern Munich stated that they declined Wenger's offer while Wenger stated it was the club that called him. I think Wenger would be cool to have in Bundesliga - he might also be a good interim fit for Bayern by eventually coaching guys such as Alonso to take over but a lot rumours.
