RE: 7 Tips for Foraging Great Weed Salads in the Spring Time
Ooh! I am so jealous! We got five inches of snow last night, with another fifteen inches forecast over the next few days, so no baby weeds for salad in my near future, lol!
That said, I will console myself by reading, upvoting, and drooling over your amazing salad creations. I love my dandelions, and have a gigantic yard full of them, and plantains, but you are inspiring me to branch out! Thanks for sharing hh!
Here's a consolation - All that snow provides some ground moisture for the plants of spring to be perfect for eating! And you can make snow ice cream right now! I would take some of that! :D
I'm always curious about what wild edible plants people have around them. I'm looking forward to seeing your weeds, lol. And at least you've been growing microgreens to get through the winter snow! Watch out for a snowball! ; )
