There are a number of websites and apps that reward use of their site/services with a small amount of Bitcoin, usually 1/100,000,000th of a Bitcoin. Also known as a Satoshi. The amount of Satoshi given away by faucets can vary wildly and usually requires users to watch/click ads or complete surveys.
