A modest proposal!

Please write your congressman or congresswoman and suggest they propose and try to pass a law that any person of substantial assets, say $10 million or more, who proposes a tax payer funded give away, be immediately subject to IRS seizure of all assets, 50% of which would then be subject to forfeiture to pay for said give away.
