Additionally, you have a great misunderstanding of what active anti-racism is. Anti-racism doesn't have to be calling out every instance of racism you see (though that would be the right thing to do), it's about being active and aware of your racist inherent and usually unnoticed thoughts and notions, and taking a step back from them. Asking yourself (for example) "where does this thought? come from?" "why do I cross the street when I see a black person?" This is just at the very basic level of active anti-racism. I'm using "your" here as a generalization for all individuals. No matter how much you "don't see color," racist thoughts cross every person's mind. By not deconstructing these thoughts, you are participating in passive racism.
