Great ideas and great debates are not born great. Greatness is cultivated. They rise from the tombs of a thousand dead ideas and debates. The choice must be allowed to be made freely by society. Those who choose to censor feel within the power and wisdom to choose for others. Mistaken they are even if overwhelmed by feelings of righteousness.
I suspect the ill virtues of greed are more at play.
Censorship in social media should be abolished for publicly traded companies. The right to be silent or to speak is the foundation of liberty. In a country based on ideas of liberty and freedom, the current state of social media reeks of treason.
We the people lit a torch and became the image of true freedom for the world. We had our trials and tribulations. We succeeded. Yet it seems now that ideas and debates are under attack again.
With the first link, the chain is forged. The first speech censured...the first thought forbidden...the first freedom denied chains us all, irrevocably

I love that lead quote! You're right truth should never fear investigation! Social media has become like an echo chamber for those speaking out, its very frustrating at times but the dam has broken and they cannot patch it back up again! Keep on keeping on brother.
