The Basics - Quit using the NAME, SSN, or Date of Birth

A Social Security Number is a number for a Cestui que trust.

The NAME is the name of a cestui que trust.

The Date of Birth is the date that the vessel in commerce was created.

It is all hearsay and is inadmissible in any court of law (if there was one).

Everything is under Martial Law and Martial Law works on presumption.

They presume you are one of the slaves until you defeat their presumption.

This is the same tactics used in the Spanish Inquisition that resulted in the murder of millions and the theft of their property, since they would NOT be needing it.

Quit giving evidence against yourself.

Under the 5th Amendment you have the right NOT to give evidence against yourself, and under the International covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights you have the right NOT to give evidence against yourself.

Under the Geneva Convention Relative to the Protection of Civilians in a Time of War of 1949 they cannot coerce or intimidate you to give evidence against yourself and those rights cannot be surrendered voluntarily or otherwise.
