Ha! I've never heard that expression before but I dig it! It's true, it always seems like there are more advantages to the option we aren't currently doing... But you know, it's really about what makes you happiest. I really enjoy the freedom I have when I freelance. Though to be honest I wouldn't hate the health insurance that comes with a staff position!
