I'm glad to say I stopped smoking last year and haven't had any smoke since then. I also believe with what you have stated, I remember creating a research study about smoking back when I was in High School to let my Dad know how bad smoking is for you but the funny thing is I also started smoking when I went to college. The Irony. But happy to say that I quit. hehe.
