My suggestion, get a ceramic kiln, a small one to start, several tea cup molds, learn to pour slip molds, underglaze the green ware, glaze it, maybe overglaze it, too.
Sell the tea cups.
Profit!

The best thing your parents can do for you, imo, is set you up in a business so that they don't have to spend money on you, unless they want to.
