I have to admit, my first thought on seeing @deeanndmathews as a Daily Prompt was "Is this a typo? A techno glitch?" - and when I hear that super-competent, accomplished people do suffer the occasional error or techno-challenge, I feel a little better about myself. I'm not a total loss! I'm not alone!
That said, @deeanndmathews is indeed an inspiring Prompt of the Day, and I enjoyed all the freewrites, and would have written one of my own, but I've been hit and miss all month with prompts. I never did do Part 3 of the weekend freewrite. And after having "this is clearly based on true events" come up in the comments box, I'm pretty sure I'll drop it cold. (It's what Tominski would do! He knows! Mindy is the late bloomer, the one who hasn't learned to detach and let go.)
Fiction is my outlet, my therapy, my escape. If some people get on social media and hunt down my "Friends" list looking for who inspired the latest villainy, go ahead, have fun, but don't imagine feeding screenshots to the "villain" is a healthy pastime.
On the one hand, it's a sign I should censor myself. On the other hand, there was one Lesson Learned, and that was to offer NOTHING in the comment box about a story being inspired by someone who hassled me in real life.

Ignore what you must and invest time in what you wish to reap positive results from.
And that rose stone is indeed awesome!!! I was searching for an image like that one for my Lenna story, but "desert rose" (not the same rock) is all that came up. (Gotta learn to get better at googling.)

You do come across as totally competent and up-to-snuff with podcasting and cyber wallets and such.
How often does anyone come forward to say "Hey, that villain is based on ME?" LOL - more likely, they would deny any resemblance or association. :)
