I love this concept. I feel that in today's age, with IG, Facebook, Etc. There are so many times where it feels that the grass is just not green with our own side. I am not saying social media is bad, rather, I am saying it can be for the individual who only visualizes the edited nature of others lives as presented through social media. This prevents others from being vulnerable because everyone else seems so strong and together. As a healthcare professional I have a strong speculation that this assumption contributes to the higher levels of depression that we have seen quickly grow in the last 10-15 yrs.

Here is how I view vulnerability. Yes. Be vulnerable. The benefit to vulnerability is the exposure to potential growth. You learn when you can accept and identify where you are vulnerable. The identify of vulnerability leads to humility. Humility motivates Improvement on any front. Improvement leads to the journey of perfection. In that journey I think people find happiness.
