Ayer comencé a ver por las noticias sobre un eclipse solar y me empezaron a salir noticias de Google al respecto, y yo me emocioné porque no recuerdo cuando fue la última vez que vi uno. Busqué la hora y coincidía con la hora de salida del trabajo por lo cual podría verlo, pero me dí cuenta después de tanto investigar que en mi zona no se vería.

Me entristeció un poco, pero me dio confort saber que en un pequeña parte de Venezuela se va a apreciar y podremos tener imágenes, tampoco será total para lo que se puede ver pero algo hará y seguramente alguien saque buenas fotos y nos deleite. Guapo estaría vivir en un zona donde el eclipse solar se vea en su totalidad, lo que si me impresionó fue que no dura mucho tiempo, es algo que va relativamente rápido.

Recuerdo de pequeño que fuimos a ver uno a un malecón en la zona y con lentes se podía apreciar pero no recuerdo si era de luna o de sol, solo sé que necesitábamos lentes para verlo, y era de día, lo que no recuerdo es que si se puso oscuro o no, creo que no, pero no recuerdo mucho exactamente, solo se que fuimos y fue una experiencia muy agradable, también creo que era la primera vez viendo algo así.

Yesterday I started watching the news about a solar eclipse and I started getting Google news about it, and I got excited because I don't remember when was the last time I saw one. I looked up the time and it coincided with the time I got off work so I could see it, but I realized after so much research that in my area it wouldn't be visible.

It saddened me a little, but it gave me comfort to know that in a small part of Venezuela it will be appreciated and we will be able to have images, it will not be total for what can be seen but it will do something and surely someone will take good pictures and delight us. It would be nice to live in an area where the solar eclipse can be seen in its totality, what impressed me was that it does not last long, it is something that goes relatively fast.

I remember when I was a kid we went to see one at a boardwalk in the area and with glasses you could appreciate it but I do not remember if it was the moon or the sun, I only know that we needed glasses to see it, and it was daytime, what I do not remember is if it got dark or not, I think not, but I do not remember much exactly, I just know that we went and it was a very nice experience, I also think it was the first time seeing something like that.
