Cherry fruits

There are many types of cherry fruits in our country, and these cherries have numerous varieties. The fruit shown in the picture is the Stella cherry. This fruit originates from Canada and is an improved variety of sweet cherry.
The Stella cherry tree is a medium-sized, evergreen tree that generally grows four to five meters tall. This plant is highly productive because, compared to other varieties, it yields a large number of fruits. It is a self-pollinating variety, so it can bear fruit from a single tree without the need for another cherry tree.
The flowers are generally white and fragrant, blooming at the beginning of spring.

The fruit is round and smooth, and it can also be dark reddish-purple in color. The flesh of the fruit is dense, juicy, and sweet, and the fruit typically weighs 8 to 10 grams. Stella cherries grow well in cool to temperate climates.
