I love jicama! It’s so crunchy and refreshing in salads or by itself. I will sometimes make a jicama, cucumber, onion salad in the warm summer months and it always hits the spot. Thanks for sharing @gladysstillwagon !
Excellent recipe and if you like a little spicy bits of jalapeno pepper it gives a very good taste I take off the seeds and ready the taste is there
