Oh my God, at first glance I thought you made chimichangas (which is a Mexican deep fried burrito) but second glance I see you made something much more satisfying. These look fantastic @proanima! I never would have thought to stuff a pancake with lentils but I can tell that it works so well. You’re a master chef.
