With the eventual coming of the downvote pool, I hope it does not have to much of an adverse action. I know in some respects it will aid in the fight, after all a percentage of downvotes will be free, but the other side of that coin is that there may be more people down voting. (I do not think so myself). But it will help both sides of the flag wars, and I personally do not see any real change will come about from it.
