If there is a way to add the selective posting from Twitter that would be great. LIke with teh tag. Are the replies included as well, or only the statuses?

Hi @aschatria,
Posting is selective whatever network you are using, as the tag #share2steem is necessary to get the post published on Steemit. If you don't want the post to be published, just don't insert the tag.
For Twitter (as for Instagram and Youtube), only the main post is published on Steemit, answers cannot be fetched.
