Currently we are trying to potty train our little one. Thus far we have had little success. The potty has generally served as a chair, been pushed around in a playful way as one would a toy car. The music box feature attached to the potty has been played more times than I can tolerate. Basically the potty has done everything except serve it's real purpose.
Yesterday my little one took it another step further. While making dinner, he was playing behind me so that I can glance over every now and again to make sure he is okay.
Before this I poured myself a glass of lemon infused water which I drink throughout the day. My mistake was to put the glass of water within his reach. Although, seems like everything is becoming within reach nowadays.

When I checked on him again he had taken my carefully prepared infused water and have thrown it into the potty. The game apparently goes like this: You take the water with lemon slices and throw it in the potty. Then you throw it all back into the glass, not taking any special care of getting everything exactly back inside the glass (because mom will, off course, clean up afterwards).
So he has just added another function for the potty which apparently is way more fun than actually using it. Guess we just have to keep being patient and let him take his time!
